Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale, an American professional basketball player with the Dallas Wings in the Women's National Basketball Association. The team was selected with the 5th overall selection during the 2019 WNBA Draft by the Dallas Wings. Arike Ogunbowale was born Milwaukee Wisconsin on March 2 1997, was the daughter of Yolanda Ogunbowale and Gregory Ogunbowale. Mario Ogunbowale was her 26-year-old brother and Dare Ogunbowale, 20 years older. Since she was the youngest of her siblings, she was also the most lavishly treated from her family. Ogunbowale was a participant during the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship 2014 FIBA U17 World Championship and 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championship where she won gold medals. The USA Youth Olympic Team was announced as the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team on the 7th of July 2014.
